The Good
- 2.0L Type 4 engine with Porsche heads
- 5630 Jake Raby Cam
- Heads were repaired and touched up at a local machine shop
- Crank and pistons were balanced
- Motor rebuilt with new rings, bearings and etc. from type4store.com
- ~500 miles on newly rebuilt motor
- Switched to IRS subframe, tranny shifts well
- Has a large oil cooler with 10" fan above the transmission
- Runs on EFI Megasquirt (fuel injected aftermarket)
- More control over fuel management
- Fully customizable
- Stock exterior
- Anthracite grey
- Chrome is in great condition
- Good paint job
- Bodywork was done well
- Interior
- New TMI interior: seat covers, headliner, carpet kits, door panels
- Seat cushions are new
- Three point retractable seatbelts up front, lap belts in the back
- Correct bucket seats, replaced the piece so they slide again
- Red and black cocoa mats
- Chrome drink holder/basket
- "Bamboo" parcel tray
The Bad
- Bumpers could be replaced
- Speedo is not accurate and clock do not work
- Hit in the left rear; some minor damage (paint still intact 100%)
- Not 100% tuned, but runs and drives well once warmed
