For sale is a gorgeous, low mileage, black on black 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo 2-door Coupe. It has 34K original miles and its condition is exactly what one would expect with such low mileage. The exterior finish is nearly perfect. The fenders, doors, rear quarters and roof all appear to retain their original paint. The front bumper and hood have been repainted, but the work is virtually undetectable. The paint was professionally detailed and has a very high-gloss, like-new appearance. With the exception of an Alpine stereo, the interior is completely stock and in wonderful condition.The previous owner commissioned a well-known speed shop in Austin, TX to enhance the car's performance by installing a high-flow intercooler, ceramic ball bearing turbo unit, performance clutch, etc. - to the tune of nearly $30K (receipts included). Below 4,000 rpm, the car starts, runs and drives like a stock 964. Above 4,000 rpm, however, the car turns into a beast and is an absolute ball to drive. For interested purists, returning the car to its stock specifications is still an option.
